Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions of use of Stocklore (the “Service”) and the rights and obligations between the Service and its users. By signing up for or using the Service, you are deemed to agree to these Terms. · Effective date: June 9, 2026

This English text is a reference translation provided for your convenience. The Korean version is the official text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy or dispute.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the basic matters — including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service and its users, and the conditions and procedures for use — in relation to the use of the US-stock information and analysis tools provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • Service: all US-stock information and analysis tools provided by the operator at stocklore.org and related domains.
  • User: any member or non-member who uses the Service under these Terms.
  • Member: a user who holds an account created by signing up with email or social login.
  • Paid Service (Pro): a paid subscription feature that provides additional value on top of the free features (Article 8).

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Service. The operator may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable law, and will give advance notice of the changes and their effective date through in-service announcements. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw.

Article 4 (Content of the Service)

The Service provides the following information and analysis tools:

  • Prices, charts, and technical indicators for US stocks
  • Financial statements based on SEC filings, and financial- and earnings-quality metrics
  • Metrics relative to sector benchmarks, and comparisons between stocks
  • Institutional 13F holdings (data delayed about 45 days under filing rules) and their changes
  • Personalization tools such as watchlists, filters, and portfolios

The information and interpretations provided by the Service are processed and summarized from publicly available sources (SEC filings, 13F, etc.) and data from partner providers, and are offered as objective reference information.

Article 5 (Responsibility for Investment Decisions and Disclaimer)

The Service is not an investment advisory or discretionary investment management business, and does not recommend or advise on the purchase or sale of any specific security or on trading at any specific time. All information, metrics, and interpretations provided by the Service are statements of objective fact and analytical tools only — not investment recommendations and not investment opinions.

  • All investment decisions and the results of any resulting trades (including profits and losses) are solely the responsibility of the user.
  • The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided, and does not guarantee any return or investment performance.
  • Price, financial, and filing data are provided by external sources and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Some data, such as 13F, is delayed historical data by the nature of the filings.
  • Before acting, please verify important investment decisions against the original official filings, your own independent judgment, and, where necessary, the advice of a qualified professional.
  • The AI-generated commentary and rule-based interpretations (status labels, metric-combination readings, etc.) provided by the Service are automatically processed and summarized from public sources and may contain errors and limitations; they are reference descriptions, not investment judgments and not trading signals. Status displays of technical indicators (moving averages, RSI, etc.) are likewise calculated values, not trading decisions.
  • Alerts are notifications sent when conditions that the user has personally saved and set are met; they are not trading conditions recommended by the Service.

Article 6 (Membership and Accounts)

Membership is established when a user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and completes the email or social login process. The Service restricts sign-up by children under the age of 14 and verifies, at sign-up, that the user is 14 or older.

Users are responsible for managing their own account information and must notify the operator immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their account. The handling of personal information collected during sign-up is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

When using the Service, users must not do any of the following:

  • Access the Service excessively or collect data in bulk through automated means (crawlers, bots, etc.)
  • Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially resell the data or content provided by the Service without the operator’s consent
  • Misappropriate another person’s account or interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Engage in any act that violates applicable law or these Terms

If a user violates this Article, the operator may restrict use or suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

Article 8 (Paid Service)

The Paid Service (Pro) is offered as a recurring subscription billed on the cycle you choose (1 month, 3 months, or 1 year). Specific conditions — pricing, payment methods, billing cycle, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds — are published on the Pro page at all times, and users are deemed to have reviewed and agreed to them before paying.

Payments are processed through a domestic payment provider (PortOne and its partner PGs) and an international payment provider (Paddle). For international payments, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment and tax processing; tax may be added depending on where you live. The operator does not store card numbers or other payment credentials.

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically on the same day of each billing cycle you chose. You may cancel at any time; after cancelling you are not billed from the next billing date and you keep access for the period already paid. Payments are refunded in full within 7 days, whether or not the service has been used; after that, refunds may be limited given the nature of digital content. Refunds are requested by email ([email protected]).

The operator may change pricing or composition with prior notice. Periods already paid for remain under the conditions in effect at the time of payment.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property and Data Sources)

Intellectual property rights in the screen layouts, interpretations, and analytical content created by the Service belong to the operator. The rights to the source data used by the Service, on the other hand, belong to their respective sources.

  • SEC EDGAR filings and 13F data: public data disclosed by the US Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Market data such as prices and quotes: data from partner data providers (subject to those providers’ terms and rights)

Users may use the Service’s content only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and may not use it for profit without the operator’s prior consent.

Article 10 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service to improve its content or as required for operational or technical reasons. Provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended due to circumstances of external data providers, system maintenance, natural disasters, or other force majeure, in which case notice will be given before or after, to the extent possible.

Article 11 (Limitation of Liability)

The Service is currently provided free of charge, and the operator is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond the operator’s control, such as natural disasters, failures of external data providers, or causes attributable to the user. The operator limits its liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This does not apply, however, to damages caused by the operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These Terms and any dispute relating to the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the operator and the user shall resolve it through good-faith consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file suit with the competent court under applicable law.

Article 13 (Contact)

For inquiries about these Terms or the use of the Service, please contact us below.

These Terms are standard guidance drafted based on the Service’s actual operations and do not guarantee legal effect. Review by a professional in the relevant field (such as capital-markets law) is recommended at the formal-operation and monetization stages.

Not an investment adviser and not personalized investment advice; not a discretionary management service. No trade recommendations, no target prices, no execution or brokerage. We do not recommend or guarantee any purchase, sale, or returns. Investment decisions and their outcomes are your own.
