Roadmap

What’s being built in Stocklore right now, and what comes next. We’ve also listed what we decided not to build — so you’re not left waiting for it.

No dates here. What’s already finished goes in the changelog, as it lands.

Being built now

Things you’ll see on screen before long.

  • Revenue by segment

This shows how much of a company’s revenue comes from each line of business. We only publish it when the segments add up to the total revenue the company reported — when they don’t, we leave it blank rather than guess. That’s why it isn’t on every ticker yet, and we keep adding more.

  • Changes in risk factors

Companies list their risk factors in the annual report. We point out which ones were added and which were dropped since last time. It now shows up for most of the US companies we cover, and each new annual report adds that year’s changes. What we’re still working on is reading the reports whose layout kept us from finding the list. Foreign companies that don’t file this form (10-K) and ETFs have no list to compare, so we leave them blank.

Looking at next

Not started yet, and the order may change.

  • Mobile app

We’re looking at whether we can ship an app focused on reading and alerts. The deeper analysis would stay on the web, as it is now.

Not building

With the reasons, so you’re not waiting on any of it.

No ads

There are no ads, even on the free tier. What gets shown first is decided by the data alone.

No buy or sell calls

We don’t issue price targets or buy/sell opinions. What we do is make explicit where each number came from and what it measures.

We do not deal in second-by-second quotes

If you need quotes by the second, your brokerage app is the better tool. What you come here for — filings, institutional holdings, financials — moves by the quarter or the year.

Prices are shown with a 15-minute delay.

No exports or share cards

A number only means something alongside the date and the basis it was calculated on. So we keep those next to it on the screen instead.

Need something that isn’t here?

If there’s something you wish this did, tell us. What gets built first is mostly decided by what people write in — yours could end up on this list.

Everything that has changed so far is in the changelog.

These are plans and may change or be dropped; nothing here is a commitment to ship a particular feature. Stocklore organizes public filing data and does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

Not an investment adviser and not personalized investment advice; not a discretionary management service. No trade recommendations, no target prices, no execution or brokerage. We do not recommend or guarantee any purchase, sale, or returns. Investment decisions and their outcomes are your own.
